In the latest financial statement release by the Palo Alto Park Mutual Water Company, payroll expenses, including benefits, was over $470,000! The company brought in only $725,000 last year. The office is only open about 16 hours per week. This is WAY too much to pay for staff.

I moved to EPA in 2017 and instantly knew something was wrong with the way in which the water is being ran. The prices spiked w/no real explanation & I’ve heard other neighbors who did renovation their price would go up too w/ no explanation. There is no online pay system, weird office hours, staff ? don’t get me started. And just the overall cost is absurd for bad quality water. I hope things are being done about this….
I never paid what I pay in water now. We were billed once every two months and it was never above $60 for 4 ppl….
